Final Sale

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and health-related products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless otherwise required by law.

Subscriptions & Billing

Biohax products are sold as subscriptions and auto-renew on a recurring billing cycle until canceled.

By placing an order, you authorize us (through our payment processor, including Stripe) to charge your payment method for recurring subscription charges, including applicable taxes and shipping (if any).

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

To cancel, use your account settings (if available) or email support@biohax.com.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Shipping

Orders typically process within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines vary by location and carrier availability.

Custom formulations or high-volume periods may require additional processing time. We currently ship within the continental United States.

Promotions & Offers

Biohax may occasionally offer promotional pricing or discounts. Any promotion terms will be communicated at the time of the offer and may be modified or discontinued.
